The palate has lively Chardonnay fruit and oak flavours that combine perfectly to give a long dry finish. This is very much a fruitdriven style of wine, which lends itself beautifully to consumption with food. Fruity, fresh and with a well-rounded mouth feel, there are obvious tropical stone fruit and citrus flavours.
The Barossa Valley fruit gives richness and concentration to the palate, while the Eden Valley Shiraz contributes elegance and fragrance. Intensity of colour, concentration of fruit flavour, an elegant, balanced structure and long, fine tannins.
This wine has a fine, complex bouquet with mint, liquorice and fine dark chocolate aromas on the nose. The elegant palate shows blackcurrant and plum notes supported by a silky texture and fine dusty tannins on the long, seamless finish.
A fruit driven style with a bouquet of lifted spice, plum and red berry fruit characters with subtle oak overtones. The palate is of medium body, showing soft complex fruit flavours with rich berry characters. Complex tannins give the wine a soft, fruity finish.
Soft spring aromas of rose petals and spice are present on the nose. On the palate, it shows floral and fresh fruit salad characters supported by well-balanced sweetness and crisp acidity.
A rich, deep wine. The nose shows fresh, varietal, leafy characters with subtle and integrated oak flavours. There are aromas of plums and berries. This is a medium to full-bodied wine that offers a sweet, middle palate, finishing with fine, smooth, chalky Cabernet tannins.
